Roles in the Operations Division
Dispatching
A Dispatcher is the key link between drivers, clients, and operations, ensuring that shipments are delivered efficiently and on time.
You’ll coordinate routes, monitor progress, and respond quickly to any issues that arise on the road. This role requires sharp communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as you'll need to manage multiple moving parts at once.

Track & Trace
As a Track & Trace Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods. You'll monitor shipments from origin to destination, tracking their progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your responsibilities will include utilizing advanced tracking systems, communicating with carriers, and providing timely updates to customers. This detail-oriented position will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy.

Debt Collection
As a Debt Collection Specialist in the trucking and logistics sector, you will manage overdue accounts and ensure timely payments from clients to keep cash flow healthy.
You’ll communicate directly with shippers, brokers, and carriers, resolving disputes, negotiating payment plans, and securing collections on outstanding invoices. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
You will learn the U.S. trucking industry’s billing processes. You’ll develop problem-solving abilities and gain insight into the financial side of logistics, making you an essential part of maintaining operational efficiency in the fast-paced transportation sector.
