Roles in the Back Office Division
Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive experience. Payroll
In the role of Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage the accurate processing of payroll for U.S. companies, ensuring employees are paid on time and in accordance with local regulations. You’ll handle tasks such as calculating wages, taxes, and deductions and maintaining detailed payroll records.
This position sharpens your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with payroll software. Working in payroll also gives you a deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and payroll systems, making it a key function in any business’s back office operations.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll oversee the billing and collection processes for our clients, ensuring timely payments from customers. You’ll track invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and work closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
This role enhances your financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills. Managing accounts receivable is essential for maintaining cash flow, and it’s a role that gives you hands-on experience in financial management.
