CV Screening​

We review your CV as part of a process to check if you have the required experience or skills.

Online video meeting

During a 40-minute video call, we get to know you better and to present the specifics of the role.

Technical test or assignment (optional)

For IT and marketing roles, we may give you a test or assignment to verify your skills.

Interview with the manager or the client

You'll meet your future team leader and learn more about the project and your daily duties.

Confirmation interview

At this stage you will get to talk to our VP or people from the project. This stage ensures mutual fit.

Decision

We contact you to deliver our decision. If it is positive, you will receive the final offer and feedback.
